The breakfast here is fantastic, with a nice variety of baked goods, melon, and sausage.

The views of the downtown skyline were excellent, and the location was marvellous, we had a great stay in a deluxe king room.

The bed was very comfortable. The jacuzzi was a bonus, even had mood lighting.

There was tiles ripped out of the floor in the lobby area, there was no fitted sheet, the sheets and pillowcases were stained, the garbage was not taken out of our room, and to top it all off, our window leaked water (which even after reporting it to the staff, they wouldn't come check it out.) All in all, definetly not worth $175 a night. It felt like staying in a motel 6 with a more rude staff.

The restaurant is stupidly over priced. No maid service first day of stay, and hot tub was cold.

I truly enjoyed the room with great amenities. The hotel was in a central setting in St Louis Park area. The service was absolutely excellent. The staffs were exceptionally nice & accommodating.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like.

Rooms were as promised, nice and comfortable. We were able to get our 2 rooms on the same floor.

We were promised an early check in and ended up waiting for almost an hour. We had called ahead to ask about using a company discount and they said they'd accept it but then upon payment, they declined using the discount. We were not informed that $50 would be withdrawn from our bank account for incidentals. When these issues came up the staff were unwilling to work with us and seemed to be brushing us aside. Hilton's are nice and I expected more.

The room was spacious and had fantastic amenities - it exceeded my expectations. The staff were competent and helpful. I enjoyed the delicious hot breakfast and found the other services to be excellent. The hotel's location in a nice area was convenient, with a shopping mall and many stores nearby. Additionally, being close to an airport shopping center was a plus.

They gave me a room that had someone in it and then had the nerve to try and charge me $60 for King Suite upgrade when they made mistake. They gave someone else a room with someone in it also. Didn't get to enjoy pool as girl threw up and a boy stood on edge of pool and peed into pool. Some ignorant fool had a problem that I'm white with black children and said so in front of my 7yr old son. Worst hotel stay I've ever had!

great location, responsive staff, love the quiet room and executive level, clean and nice room, open and nicely designed layout, surrounded by restaurants and shops, not by the airport but a great hotel!

That it was late afternoon before room was cleaned and i had called front desk about this. then Sunday easter they called about 4 to see if i wanted room cleaned

double tree park place hilton in minneapolis is always my go-to. friendly staff, clean rooms, and a comfortable bed. can't wait for my next visit!

Breakfast buffet needs improvement.

The rooms were updated and had a balcony, great amenities, and a separate living area from the sleeping area. the hotel's central location next to the Shoppes at West End was convenient.

The rooms are perfectly clean with exceptionally comfortable beds. Its location is wonderful, near to Mariucci Arena, restaurants, shopping, and a movie theater.

Milky and Tasha front desk clerks were very friendly and accomodating

Price should include microwave and free breakfast-ice machine didnt work, refrigerator in room didn't work my husband insulin had to be thrown away not happy
